Optical Line Transmission Equipment 34Mbit/s

The OLTE-34 is 34Mbps Optical Line Transmission Equipment which converts and transports ITUT compliant standard E3, 34Mbps signal on optical fiber. The optical link, between two OLTE terminals is established on one pair of optical fibers. One fiber link is used for Transmit and the other for Receive. In the transmit path, the HDB3 code converted to MCMI (modified code mark inversion), and then intensity modulated laser diode. In the receive path, after converted optical signal to electrical, amplified, AGC, regained to HDB3 code. A complete optical line transmission system comprises of two OLTE terminals, one at each end of the optical fiber cable.
Both the Local and the Remote terminals can be monitored and controlled by PCT (parameter control terminal).
